Bourbon Burger debuts at Fuddruckers this summer!

HOUSTON, TX – July 12, 2014 – Fuddruckers is drawing on its Southern, roadhouse roots for a delicious summer treat. The Bourbon Burger has just been introduced at all of the classic, Texas-born chain’s 180 fast casual locations with availability through the season. Created by Corporate Executive Chef Dan Phalen, the Bourbon Burger tempts the palate with a tantalizingly seasoned and grilled-to-order beef patty that is glazed in a sweet bourbon sauce and topped with crispy bacon, bourbon caramelized onions and crumbled blue cheese.

As with every Fuddruckers burger, this summer special features always fresh and never frozen, 100% USDA premium-cut beef with no fillers or additives. Delicious, sesame-topped buns are baked from scratch on-site throughout the day to achieve the perfect combination of crisp crust and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

And while burgers are the signature, the engaging menu offers variety for many tastes with an array of sandwiches, platters and salads. No matter what they choose, customers can customize their meal with a trip to the legendary Build Your Own produce bar, which features fantastic fixings like sun-ripened tomatoes, lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo and classic cheese sauce.
