Fuddruckers Expands S. Florida Foortprint with New Restuarant in Kendall

FUDDRUCKERS EXPANDS SOUTH FLORIDA FOOTPRINT WITH NEW RESTAURANT IN KENDALL; MARCELLO AND BERNY MONTALVAN MARK 12 YEARS AS LOCAL FRANCHISEES WITH OPENING

MIAMI, FL – June 2, 2014 – Fuddruckers fast casual chain is growing its presence in South Florida. The award-winning, Texas-born brand opens its newest location today at 15400 Kendall Drive near the West Kendall Baptist Hospital. The debut also marks a 12-year affiliation with locally-based franchisees Marcello and Berny Montalvan of Vitafoods Enterprises.

The 6,000-square-foot restaurant seats 260 and features a patio for alfresco dining. This site brings Fuddruckers’ restaurant count to five in the Miami area and seven statewide. Vitafoods Enterprises also operates the stores in Doral, Hialeah, Pembroke Pines and Palmetto Bay.

A showcase for Fuddruckers’ dynamic, new interior scheme, the restaurant pays homage to the chain’s signature, roadhouse look, while catering to today’s more sophisticated tastes. The resulting ambience is ideal for a family outing, business lunch or a date night shared over exotic Akaushi kobe and buffalo burgers
